Our chapter is proud to unveil the Leon Chandler Memorial Marker on April 29, 2006. Leon was a remarkable man. This Historical Marker will rest along the bank of Factory Brook, Leon’s home water. The village of Homer is hosting the marker near the intersection of NY routes 281 and 41, across from the Forest Fisheries.
